I figured out a way around the picture problem. Of course, I can’t use the picture uploader that comes w/Wordpress, but oh, well. Everything else seems to working fine, and though they’ve gone backwards in some respects, it’s still a decent blogging program. People are complaining, so I imagine they’ll iron things out in the next build.
Yeah, so the map looks good now, and not like how I described it in my last post.
Anyway, I have exhausted myself in updating everything that I can update on my blog. The only thing I haven’t done is create the template that I really want, but that’s for another time and place. This one’s working fine, and I like the clean look of it.
So, you’ll notice some new plugins over there to the side, and a bit of rearranging. After an exhaustive search on what’s available these days, I made my choices. And I even created a nifty little player so I can listen to my favorite songs. And you can, too! I can’t promise you’ll like them, though. Check out myfabrik.com. Really cool! You can use it for any kind of media that you want to show off (pics, movies, music, etc.), and they host the files. I had to tweak the code, though, so the player would fit in my sidebar. I thought it might produce horrendous results, but it came out quite nice.

you might like it again if you use twitterfox. That is, if you use Firefox as your browser. You can just click on the twitter icon and everything comes up. You can add twitters as you go. You don’t even need to go to the twitter site. From the look of things, I’d bet Towse uses it.

The only reason I scored as high as I did in science/math is because I work in a Tutoring Center that gives away the periodic table on cards, has a graphing calculator attached to every table, and I’ve listened to numerous math and science sessions and typed up the comments on them using math and science symbols. But do I know how to use any of that information? Heck, no.

Go see it. It’s a keeper. Romance, action, humor, all well mixed with an entertaining story. Definitely a fluff piece, but an enjoyable fluff piece. Except for the Ukrainian side kick who couldn’t hold on to his accent and sometimes swallowed his words, making it hard to understand what he was saying.
When I first saw a movie with Matthew McConaughey, I wasn’t sure I liked him because of his southern accent, but he grew on me, and now I think he’s a cutie. Okay, so he was always a cutie physically, but even though I live in the south, southern accents aren’t my favorite.
I’ve always loved Kate Hudson, just as I love her mother.
